Shawn D. Bayle

President and Partner

Shawn’s career spans a wide range of consumer products and core technologies in the wireless and IT markets. His enthusiastic synthesis of disparate technology and business concepts and facts into forward strategies and business cases fosters a culture of innovation and excitement.

Shawn has extensive technology and business experience as a business leader and sales executive. As a VP, Shawn has led commercial development, sales, product management, and marketing of many product lines. His forward thinking and energetic approach to business and technology enables the delivery of comprehensive modern solutions. Shawn founded Mobile Impact Group to address the need for targeted technology solutions with the ability to provide fast and flexible services to accommodate customers immediate needs.

Shawn holds a MS Computer Engineering degree from Boston University, a BS EE with a concentration in Computer Science from Lafayette College, and numerous MBA courses in Leadership, Business Management, and Product Marketing. Shawn authored US and international patents.

Jeff Tripp

Partner

Jeff is a multifaceted and analytical executive, uniquely positioned to spearhead the creation of new products and lead product/engineering teams to success.

His diverse and extensive skill set enables him to excel in technology development, project/product management, and professional services leadership. Jeff is a proactive leader who actively contributes to achieving project goals. He is deeply committed to streamlining processes and implementing systematic operational structures, fostering organizations that are both efficient and high-performing, with seamless information flow facilitating real-time actions by team members.

Jeff holds a MBA degree in Finance from DePaul University and a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an accomplished innovator with five patents issued.

Scott Spreen

Principal Consultant

Scott is experienced with Fortune 500 technology companies, startups, and consulting firms, holding senior-level positions in product management, business development, marketing, and sales. Extensive global knowledge evangelizing and introducing new mobile products to major wireless carriers.

Scott an industry advisory council member for Texas A&M's Mechanical Engineering Department to proactively support the department in networking and resource development including student programs and scholarship, faculty recruitment and retention, financial support, and industry relations to ensure students are well prepared for entry into the workforce.

Scott holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
